    Jay Kown Sales Director

    As the General Manger, Jay brings a 24 year history in the stone industry to his effective leadership in both Sales and Operation management. He is directly responsible to the Board of Directors for the overall Management and profitability of the organization.  

    Before joining Tecstone Granite in 2012,  he served in various progressively senior positions including Director of Sales & Marketing with The Georgia Marble Company, West Coast Operations Manager with IMERYS Industrial Minerals and as Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Oldcastle Industrial Minerals. 

    Originally from Jasper, Georgia, Jay graduated from the University of West Georgia with a degree in Business Administration.  He and his beautiful wife Christy and 2 children, Brooks and Meg, relocated to Ohio in 2012.  Jay enjoys traveling with his family and serving with the Columbus Crusaders Youth Sports ministry.  He loves to be outdoors as much as possible whether it is fishing, camping, hiking or relaxing at the beach.

    Bill Moler

    Bill Moler Chief Financial Officer

    Bill is a professional “hands-on” (forensic) financial manager and operations executive with over 30 years of experience managing multi-divisional sales, gross profit and overhead budgets.  He joined our company in May 2013 as our Corporate Controller.   He also is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for the State of Ohio.

    Prior to coming to Tecstone Granite, Bill spent over 12 years at Made From Scratch, Inc., a Columbus, Ohio based catering company, as their CFO and Corporate Controller.  Furthermore, he has also held similar executive positions in smaller, entrepreneurial companies in Central Ohio, as well as, various senior positions with The Limited, Inc., OhioHealth, KMART, Inc. (Troy, MI) and Ernst & Whinney (Columbus, OH).

    Bill graduated from Otterbein University with a B.A. in both finance and accounting. In his spare time, Bill is an assistant baseball coach at Westerville South high school and also gives private lessons to both baseball and softball players.He enjoys spending time with his wife (Cynthia) and family.  Bill has a daughter (Olivia) and (2) boys (Joey and Preston).

    Tim Hart

    Tim Hart Sales Operations Director

    Upon retiring as one of the founding members of Chippendales, Tim graduated from California State University, East Bay with a degree in Organizational Communication and Public Relations.   Following a successful career in the lawn and garden industry, Tim brings a keen understanding of the impact of seasonality and on-time delivery to his role as Customer Service Manager.  With extensive experience in account management, business development, customer satisfaction, and orders-to-cash, Tim believes that business will only grow as relationships grow.

    Married to his much better half Iliana for almost 25 years, Tim makes his home in Marysville, Ohio.  Tim loves to cook Mexican food and is passionate about world missions and modern worship music.

    Kevin Radzimski Supply Chain Manager

    Kevin joined the Tecstone team in 2008, beginning with a role in Data Entry before moving onto and through Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Purchasing, and now Supply Chain and Logistics Manager.  As Supply Chain Manager, Kevin is in daily contact with all of Tecstone’s manufacturing facilities, both domestic and international, to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all orders while keeping Tecstone’s 20,000 square foot warehouse stocked and ready to serve.
