- All purchases must be paid in full with CREDIT CARD day of Open House (no account terms)
- All items must be taken day of Open House or will automatically ship the following week. No storage at Tecstone unless agreed in written terms with management.
- All sales are final. No returns, no refunds.
- All attendees will be given first opportunity to purchase items – before being available to Online Offers
- FIRST COME, FIRST PAY – Gets the PALLET (come early)
- No pre-orders, pre-payments, or pre-arrangements
- All bids must be receive before 11am on Friday the 13th.
